PHOTOGRAPH REPRODUCTION REGULATIONS

1. Photographic reproductions of photographs in the New Caledonia Community Archives will be provided subject to the following conditions:
   
2. The items in question are free of restrictions of access and reproduction.
   
3. The items in question are capable of being reproduced without damage to the original.
   
4. The purchaser agrees to reimburse the New Caledonia Community Archives for reproductions, according to the price scales established by the archives (see the attached list).
   
5. The purchaser agrees to abide by any restrictions on use and further reproduction as indicated by the New Caledonia Community Archives.
   
6. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for obtaining copyright clearance and reproduction rights and for any infringement of existing copyright legislation.
   
7. Purchase or possession of copies of materials from the New Caledonia Community Archives gives no right of publication or use without permission in writing from the Archives.
   
8. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining all descriptive information related to the photographs requested. Only Archives identification numbers will appear on photographic copies.
