AABC Newsletter

The AABC Newsletter is published three times a year, in November (Fall edition),

February (Winter edition), and May (Spring edition).   
 

Since 1999, the Newsletter has been made available online, and, beginning with the

Summer 2007 issue, the publication is in PDF format.

Selected feature articles published since 1996 are available through links on this page.

Upcoming issue: Fall 2010

Please note that the Spring 2010 AABC Newsletter has been cancelled. All submissions will appear in the Fall edition, which is due out in November 2010. 

We are happily accepting items for the fall issue of the AABC Newsletter. The deadline for submissions for the next issue is October 15, 2010.

We will be continuing our Best of the Web feature that highlights interesting, useful and unique archives-related websites.  This regular feature started in the spring 2009 issue and, to date, has included The Fictional World of Archives, Museums & Art Galleries and Archives*Open. Consider sharing your favourite archives-related website with us and the AABC community!

Submitting Articles

Share with your colleagues the news and events happening at your archival organizations or report on a topic of interest to the archival community. 

Submissions for the AABC Newsletter can be sent to Leah Pearse, Newsletter Committee Chair. 

Please send your submissions in a standard word format (word or rtf).  Only include basic formatting, as most articles need to be reformatted for inclusion in the newsletter.  Also, a reminder that photographs are welcome in all submissions.
