Non-Profit Board Resources & Training

Note: there are different organizations that offer online training and resources that may be of interest to both archives staff/volunteers and volunteer Board members. Price points (from FREE to a fixed cost) and levels of training and consulting opportunities will vary by company.

Our colleagues at the BC Museums Association (BCMA) have also developed a range of learning resources under the topic of non-profit administration and governance. You can learn more at: https://museum.bc.ca/tools-and-resources/non-profit-administration-and-governance.
