BC's GLAM sector partners - BC Museums Association, BC Library Association and Archives Association of BC - proudly present a symposium that will showcase the power of collaboration in the gallery, library, archives and museum (GLAM) sector and set the agenda for future innovation and partnership.

Join us for a day of learning and discovery as presenters share their achievements and aspirations for the GLAM sector and ask symposium participants to do the same.  Come ready to think, listen and engage in the collective future of BC's dynamic GLAM sector.

 "MOU in Action: A Toolkit for the BC GLAM Sector Partners" BCMA webinar (March 20, 2018)

A toolkit was one of the first priorities identified - a living document of templates and resources to assist individual members to grow existing partnerships and to create new ones within their communities. Join David Alexander (Past President, BCMA), Daniel Collins (Member at Large, AABC) and Daphne Wood (Past President, BCLA) to see a first look at this toolkit, and share your feedback about the contents and structure of this key resource. AABC signs Memorandum of Understanding with BCLA and BCMA

The AABC is excited to share the news of our partnership with colleagues in the Gallery, Library and Museum professions. On March 24, 2017 representatives from each of the organizations met and signed a three year MOU that encourages our united members to participate in activities between the organizations and share information between professionals and institutions.
