Terms of Reference for Executive Positions

Terms of Reference documents include details about roles and responsibilities associated with each Executive Position on the AABC Board. Some also include a specific "calendar of events" related to time-sensitive tasks to be completed by the Executive member based on their role. Efforts have been made to include as much information as possible in order to provide transparency and expectations of the various positions, but it is recognized that organizational capacity and priorities may dictate changes to the activities listed in the individual Terms of Reference documents. Roles and responsibilities will be reviewed on a regular basis (every 2 years) and updated as needed by the Executive.
